3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abuse of our Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using our Service ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your User Content complies with applicable laws and regulations

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence

7. LinkedIn Integration

Our Service helps you create content for LinkedIn. You are responsible for publishing that content through your own LinkedIn account and for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn, and LinkedIn is not responsible for our Service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LinkedGrowthBot. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.2 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about our Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKEDGROWTHBOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkedGrowthBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
