At LinkedGrowthBot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of your subscription payment
- You must not have previously received a refund from us
- Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in your current billing period
3. Refunds Outside the Guarantee Period
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Extended service outages (more than 24 hours)
- Other exceptional circumstances
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase
- After 7 days, we do not provide prorated refunds for annual plans
- You may cancel and your subscription will remain active until the end of your annual term
- We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you're unsure about committing to a year
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
